Jessica is just beautiful overall. Went above and beyond the call of duty. Lost my wallet and she did everything she could to find it for me. I’ve lost things before in hotels but today marked the first time one of my items were found. Jessica has a great soul and deserves praise wouldn’t accept my tip either. True heart! 10 stars!! Hotel was nice. Room was clean and offered many amenities such as a full refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes. The bathroom was quite small and difficult to navigate if on crutches or in a wheelchair. Staff was friendly. We would stay again as it felt very clean for a hotel.
Had some issues with my stay. Jessica, the GSM of the property contacted me directly and she addressed all of my concerns. Jessica was highly professional, sincere, and truly genuine. Applause to her for her customer service skills. Due to our conversation, I adjusted my initial rating higher, accordingly. Yes the property is in need of renovation, but the hotel staff is top notch and truly guest "caring".
Very accommodating! Staff were all so friendly. Room was spacious and very nice. I also love the full size fridge! Dont have to squish everything in and i can actually put stuff in the freezer without crushing it and the fridge is very spacious. Bathroom was very nice (a little rust stain from the handrail but not something I would complain about. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Location: -wills grill is like a 2 minute walk, delicious family run burger joint, highly recommend -you have a Walmart, walgreens, waffle house, and plenty more food choices within walking distance (red lobster, jaggers, outback -it is only an 8 minute drive to the fort bragg visitor center
Perfect location! Less than five miles from retail and grocery shopping! Near pharmacies and restaurants as well within walking distance! The staff is amazing! The manager was amazing and the front desk attendant Robert was just as well! Breakfast was so good! Hot fresh and lots of options! Although I think they should add more hot breakfast items maybe breakfast potatoes, grits and breakfast meats assortment options it was still good! I would definitely recommend booking here!
The location and service were great. We did have some minor concerns with the room which we addressed with the manager. We will stay here again in the near future.
The stay was great, no real complaints. The front desk and staff were beyond accommodating and the location was sound. The room could probably use with a minor update... Felt like a room from 2010, but it was clean, had everything needed, and comfortable.
Stayed here for over a month for work and the staff was amazing. They helped my family feel right at home. We really appreciate everything they did. I highly recommend this place!
